Directions to Condo-World
Condo-World is located at 300 17th Avenue South in the city of North Myrtle Beach. Please do not confuse this with the northern end of Myrtle Beach . There are mile markers on Hwy 17 business and bypass. 17th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach is located between mile markers 211 and 212. Traveling from Hwy 9 exit on Hwy 17 South. Travel on Hwy 17 South until you reach 17th Avenue South and turn left. Traveling from Hwy 501 take Hwy 22 to North Myrtle Beach and exit on to Hwy 17 North. Travel on Hwy 17 North to 17th Avenue South and turn right. Condo-World’s office is located one block from the ocean on the left.
Check-in & Check-out
Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. Off-season there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays. Check-in is after 3 pm. Check-in at our office, not the condominium complex. Any arrivals after 5 pm please follow late arrival instructions. Check-out is before 10 am. Please lock the unit and bring the keys back to the Condo-World office.
Advance Rental Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount, up to $500 ($1000 for rentals over $3000), is due at the time of booking. If you book within 30 days of your arrival, the total amount is due. Upon receipt, a confirmation will be sent with the balance due and date due, you will not receive another bill from us. Optional Travel Insurance through CSA Travel Protection is available that will provide coverage availability for reimbursement of your money due to emergency cancellation, death or mandatory hurricane evacuation. Travel Insurance can be purchased as late as your final payment. Last minute reservations can purchase insurance up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. No coverage will be afforded for any eminent hurricane that has been named. Travel Insurance is refundable if it is within 10 days of purchase and more than 45 days prior to arrival, otherwise it is non-refundable. Click HERE for more details of our Travel Insurance.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card used for the deposit will automatically be charged for the balance. You must call before the due date to make other arrangements.
Personal checks must be received more than 30 days prior to arrival. Otherwise we accept certified funds, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Returned checks will incur a $30 bank fee. Payments may be made online at www.condo-world.com. Interest earned on rental deposits will be retained by rental management company.
If we are able to re-rent the unit for the same dates and rent amount we will refund monies paid less a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will be adjusted for re-rentals of fewer nights and/or less rent amount. If the unit is not re-rented and Travel Insurance was not purchased the monies paid is non-refundable or transferable. A non-refundable processing fee and Chamber of Commerce fee is charged on all reservations. All rent is subject to SC tax.Accidental Damage Waiver
The Accidental Damage Waiver does not negate your responsibility as a tenant. The damage waiver is limited to a maximum coverage of $1000 for all guests staying in the property (not to exceed maximum occupancy). Each guest will be covered by this wavier and will not be obligated to pay for accidental loss or damage to the rental unit or its contents. This does not include intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful conduct. Loss of use, guest's personal property, rental equipment brought in from an outside company, damage caused by a violation of Rules and Regulations, and any damage caused to outside of the property or common areas are not covered.
A valid credit card imprint is required for all rentals or a $400 cash deposit. Allow four weeks for return of deposit.
During your stay everything in the unit is your responsibility including the linens. Report any damages immediately otherwise you will be held responsible. To report damage after-hours that is not an emergency please leave a message in our general voicemail.
Keys are to be returned to Condo-World’s office only. A deposit is required at check-in to secure against any keys, pool bracelets and card passes that are not returned.
Motorcycles, trailers, campers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on many of the rental properties. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at most locations.
Linens and Maid Service
All linen (bed and bath) and departure cleaning are included. There will be enough linen for the maximum occupancy only. Upon departure please remove all trash and clean all dirty dishes. Daily maid service is available for $25/bedroom/day requested. Sleeper sofa sets are available upon request only.
Service calls are billed to the individual owner of the property you are renting. Any unwarranted service calls will be charged to the guest. We will require periodic access to the unit for maintenance, i.e. pest control, filter change, etc. We can not guarantee any appliance and will do our best to have any repairs done expeditiously. There will be no refunds due to any maintenance.
There will be no refunds. TIP: Purchase the Travel Insurance.
Condo-World is not responsible for any building amenities. The building amenities are provided and serviced by a separate HOA management company.
Units can not exceed maximum occupancy listed on confirmation regardless of beds available. This is a violation of fire codes and you will be evicted immediately. The only exception is an infant to occupy a crib. We cannot guarantee the comfort of sleeper sofas and suggest they be used for children only. We cannot guarantee any particular unit. In the event of an emergency, removal from rental program, or other unforeseen circumstances, Condo-World reserves the right to change your accommodations to a comparable unit. You are renting a privately owned home; therefore there cannot be any changes to the furnishings. Do not move the furniture. Each unit will be equipped with the basic needs for a pleasant vacation.
All local calls are free.
North Myrtle Beach is growing! Which means better accommodations and better roads! Refunds or rate adjustments are not made for any inconvenience due to construction, road repair, etc.
If you are locked out during business hours, please come by our office for another key. After-hours please call (843) 272-7011 and choose option #2 for assistance.
What is not allowed
No smoking, pets, house-parties, group rentals - which include high school, college, or other non-family groups. We rent to families and responsible adults only. Any evidence of smoking or pets in the unit will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
What you’ll need to bring
Beach accessories, paper products, hair dryer and any other personal item you may need. There will be a starter kit in the unit for you with toilet tissue, bar soap, 1 packet of dishwasher soap, paper towels and garbage bags. After those are gone you will need to purchase your own. Units for Sale
In some cases vacation properties are listed for sale. We will contact you if a sales agent would like to show the unit during your stay. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Condo-World reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and is not liable for any loss of personal items, valuables, damage or injury. Failure to comply with the Rules & Regulations can result in being asked to vacate the property with no refunds.
