How to Get Here
Getting here is easy. Leaving is the hard part.
Destin, FL is located on the Florida panhandle, in between Pensacola to the west, and Panama City to the east.
For air travelers, there are two airports offering affordable air service options. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Regional Airport (VPS) is located just a short drive from Destin, FL. Another option is the Pensacola International Airport (PNS), located approximately 50 miles from Destin, FL. Each airport offers over 50 non-stop flights daily on major airlines to hubs and cities nationwide.
If you’re driving, Destin is just south of Florida Interstate 10. Coming from the east, you’ll take Exit 70 – Niceville/Eglin Air Force Base/Hurlburt, or Exit 56 – Crestview/Niceville if coming from the west. Either way, follow the signs to Niceville, and cross the Mid Bay toll bridge. This will bring you to Emerald Coast Parkway, where you’ll turn right to downtown Destin.
