"Although our vacation went differently than planned, we are so greatful to have met the folks at Condo-World and for all they did to help us. Long story short, we rented a unit in Crescent Shores directly from an owner, and we arrived to a condo that was flooded. We couldn't even get in touch with the owner until the next day, who then told US to contact someone to fix the problem! One of the Condo-World maintenance staff happened to be in the elevator with us after we had seen our unit. He suggested we walk across the street to their office to see if they could help us. Condo-World was able to get us in one of their units at Crescent Shores, that was nicer, bigger, and NOT flooded! They even discounted the condo to less than what we paid through the owner.
