What is your office location and business hours?

We are located at 300 17th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. Our business hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday.

Directions to our office:

We are located in North Myrtle Beach. Please do not confuse this with the northern end of Myrtle Beach. There are mile markers on Hwy 17 business and bypass. 17th Avenue South in North Myrtle Beach is located between mile markers 211 and 212.

Traveling from Hwy 9 exit on Hwy 17 South: travel on Hwy 17 South until you reach 17th Avenue South and turn left. Condo-World’s office is located one block from the ocean on the left.

Traveling from Hwy 501: take Hwy 22 to North Myrtle Beach and exit on to Hwy 17 North. Travel on Hwy 17 North to 17th Avenue South and turn right. Condo-World’s office is located one block from the ocean on the left.

What is your deposit and payment policy?

Please ask your reservationist and refer to our Reservation Policy regarding information on our deposit and payment policy on your rental.

Are linens included with my rental?

Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, wash cloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!

Other than linens, are there any other supplies provided in my unit?

We provide a starter set of items that include trash bags, dish washing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and small hand soap. You will be responsible for providing the remaining supply of these items for the duration of your stay.

Other popular items that you will need to bring will be beach towels and accessories, hair dryers, and other personal items you may need.

 What is departure maid service?

Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check-out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.

Is daily maid service offered?

Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost of $25 per day. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.

Do you have a minimum number of nights that I can rent?

Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays.

What is the minimum age limit for your vacation rentals?

You must be at least 25 to rent with Condo-World. We do not rent to high school, college, or other non-family groups. We rent to families and responsible adults only.

What is the check-in procedure?

Check-in begins at 3pm on the date of your arrival. Please come to our office, 300 17th Avenue South North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 to pick up your keys, pool passes, and parking passes. To secure the keys and pool passes, you will need to provide a credit card that we can have on file for the duration of your stay. We apply no charges to the card unless keys or pool passes are not returned upon check-out.

Can I check-in early?

We cannot promise an early check-in. Keys are released after housekeeping has fully cleaned and inspected your rental, which is typically around 3pm. Although we do our best to have all units ready by 3pm, check-in time is between 3pm-5pm (6pm during June, July, and August).

We do offer Pre-registration from our Guest Services page that will help you expedite the check-in process!

What is Pre-registration?

Pre-registration is a quick process that you can complete online after paying your balance on your rental that will expedite your check-in on the date of your arrival. From our Guest Services page, you will be able to request how many keys, parking passes, and pool passes you will need for your rental, and we create your check-in packet in advance! This way you can skip the registration process completely when you arrive at our office; when your unit is ready we give you your check-in packet and you are on your way to enjoying the sun and sand! You will need the last name under the reservation as well as your reservation number to login into our Guest Services page.

How do I know when my unit is ready for check-in?

Keep in mind that our check-in time begins at 3pm. However, if you have arrived early or are on your way to the beach and want to know if your unit is ready for check-in, feel free to call us toll-free (800)-753-4537 or (843)-272-7011 locally. If you have a smart phone, you can access our Guest Services page from our mobile site to check the status of your unit. Housekeeping updates units the moment they pass inspection, so refresh your browser often to insure you have the most recent updates! You will need the last name under the reservation as well as your reservation number to login into our Guest Services page.

What are your late arrival instructions?

If our office is closed when you arrive, we will have your keys, pool passes, and parking passes etc in a check-in packet labeled with the last on the reservation and place it in our lock box. Our lock box is located on the right side of the front of our office. The access code to the lock box and other late arrival instructions are provided on your reservation confirmation.

What if I have an issue not during business hours?

In the case of an emergency please dial 911. If you are locked out of your condo or have any other issue after our business hours please call (843) 272-7011 and follow instructions to reach our emergency line. Someone will be available to take your call 24/7.

What are the instructions for checking out?

Check-out time is at 10am. We ask that you please clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave. You MUST return all keys and pool passes to the Condo-World office. Failure to return keys or pool passes will result in a charge per unreturned item to the credit card we have on file. If you check-out before our office is open (9am), you may drop your keys and pool passes in the slot in our lock box located on the right side of the front of our office.

How do I go about rebooking the same unit for next year?

If you would like to rebook the same unit for the same dates next year, please speak with a reservationist before you check-out to be locked into the current year’s published rate! A $100 dollar deposit will be required at the time of rebooking. No discounts or specials that were applied to a previous reservation can be used for rebooking.

Are your units smoke-free?

Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a $150 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

Do you have any pet-friendly accommodations?

We have 1 dog-friendly property in our inventory. Please check out our fabulous beach home High C’s and speak to your reservationist about availability and details regarding pet regulations.

Guests that will be accompanied by service dogs during their stay must provide correct documentation prior to booking. Please speak with your reservationist for more information.

Does my unit have internet access?

 Yes! All of our units have access to the internet. Please refer to the white Condo-World binder located in your unit or ask your reservationist for log-in information.

Does my property have a grill?

Many of our properties have grills for guests to use during their vacation! Ask your reservationist for more details about a specific property or select the Amenities tab when viewing a property online. 

Where can I rent beach chairs and umbrellas?

There are 2 popular options for renting beach chairs and umbrellas:

Vacation Equipment Rentals offer a variety of beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach wheelchairs, and much more for rental during your vacation. They offer free delivery to your unit and will pick up the equipment at the end of your stay! Please call (800) 516-9886 or visit Vacation Equipment Rentals for more information. 

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes. You have the option to rent chairs and umbrellas for the day or the week, and beach services will set up and take down the equipment for you each day! Where can I rent cribs and highchairs?

Vacation Equipment Rentals offer a variety of equipment for babies and small children including cribs, bed rails, high chairs, strollers and much more for rental during your vacation.
