Winter Rental Info

Winter Rentals are available from October - March.

Rates based on 3 month stays.

Add $100 for a stay of only one month November - February.

Add $50 per month for a stay of two months November - February.

Months of October or March only add $150.

A $300 deposit per month is required at time of booking.

Balance is due 30 days prior to each month reserved.

Linens and departure maid service included.

You may have your mail forwarded to Condo-World's office for no extra charge. (Must notify Condo-World prior to arrival)

A $92 reservation fee and $40 damage waiver will be billed to your first month's stay.

Any reservation for less than 90 days will be taxed 12%.

$75 - $100 cap on utilities.
