Winter Rental Info
- Winter Rentals are available from November - March.
- A $300 deposit per month is required at time of booking.
- Balance is due 30 days prior to each month reserved.
- Linens and departure maid service included.
- You may have your mail forwarded to Condo-World's office for no extra charge.
- Add $100 for a stay of only one month.
- Add $50 per month for a stay of two months.
- A $59 reservation fee will be billed to your first month's stay.
- Any reservation for less than 90 days will be taxed 11%.
- $75 - $100 cap on utilities.
