Winter Rental Info

Winter Rentals are available from October - March.
A $300 deposit per month is required at time of booking.
Balance is due 30 days prior to each month reserved.
Linens and departure maid service included.
You may have your mail forwarded to Condo-World's office for no extra charge. (Must nofify Condo-World prior to arrival)
A $79 reservation fee will be billed to your first month's stay.
Any reservation for less than 90 days will be taxed 12%.
