COVID-19 Travel Update for the Myrtle Beach Area
We want to reassure you that in times of uncertainty surrounding travel and your vacation, your safety and well being remain our top priority. We wanted to share a few updates that might help you feel at ease with booking an upcoming vacation to the Myrtle Beach Area and why vacation rentals are uniquely positioned as a safer alternative to other vacation lodging choices. Is the beach closed?
Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are closed to tourists starting March 27th through April 30th. We are offering guests scheduled to arrive during this time the opportunity to move their stay without penalty to alternative dates. Please call for details: 800-753-4537.
Are you accepting reservations for upcoming stays?
Yes, you can book stays arriving from May 1st forward. You can book on our website or by calling us at 800-753-4537. Our new Risk Free Vacation Guarantee offers peace of mind that if you book a new reservation and cannot travel due to the virus, you will get an immediate 100% credit of monies paid toward a future stay that can be used anytime in the next 365 days at any of Condo-World's North Myrtle Beach properties (excludes North Beach Plantation).
What is the policy for changing or cancelling a current reservation?
North Myrtle Beach properties: If you cannot travel due to COVID-19 related restrictions or sickness, you will get an immediate 100% refund of monies paid as a credit toward a future stay within the next year that can be used at any of Condo-World's North Myrtle Beach condos (excludes North Beach Plantation). Reservations can be moved as soon as 45 days prior to arrival. Please call us at 800-753-4537 to reschedule. If there is a difference in cost for the new dates this will be an additional charge. This does not apply to monthly stays.
Myrtle Beach properties: (includes North Beach Plantation) While policies vary by resort, most are allowing you to change dates or are offering a refund of your deposit. Please contact us for specific details for your resort at 800-753-4357.

What are you doing to keep guests safe?
Providing a safe and clean home for our guests is always a top priority for Condo-World. We remain committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, and want you to feel at ease while on vacation, knowing you’ll experience a sanitized, clean, and disinfected condo to enjoy. Special steps are being taken to add items to our cleaning check-lists for the this year, which in the end may add some additional time for our housekeeping team to complete on turnover day, but will be worth it.
