Overview
Blue Heaven is a raised, two-story oceanfront home designed to accommodate up to 24 guests across six bedrooms and five full bathrooms. The main level opens onto a living room with hardwood floors, a dining area with a large table, countertop seating, plus a high-top table and barstools. A second living area and a full kitchen with modern appliances occupy the upper level alongside the bedrooms, each furnished with updated bedding and private space for relaxation. A second full kitchen on the opposite side of the house offers identical modern conveniences.
Outside, the oceanfront balcony is furnished with rocking chairs and a picnic table overlooking the beach. The ground-level patio surrounds an inground pool set in a paver deck, with a spacious sun deck and multiple lounge chairs. This layout provides distinct indoor and outdoor areas for both dining and gathering, all oriented toward unobstructed views of the ocean.
Built In 2015, Blue Heaven is an oceanfront beach home in the heart of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The two-story home can accommodate up to 24 guests and has six bedrooms and five full bathrooms throughout. Enjoy ocean views from your private balcony or the main living room.
The interior offers a spacious kitchen with stainless appliances and a dining area with plenty of cabinet space to house everything you need to prepare a full breakfast or pack a picnic for a day at the beach. An additional kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink can be found on the upper floor with an extra dining table for gathering around. Gather in one of the two living rooms for a movie night or unwind together after a warm day in the sun.
Blue Heaven has six spacious bedrooms including two master suites with a king size bed. There are two queen beds in three bedrooms and one queen in the sixth bedroom. There are three sleeper sofas for extra sleeping space in the living areas and large flatscreen televisions. Each bedroom has plenty of dressers and closet space to unpack your belongings for your North Myrtle Beach vacation.
Outside you’ll find a set of rocking chairs and a picnic table on the oceanfront balcony. Everyone loves the private pool on the ground level with plenty of seating around. When you’re ready for a beach day, just walk up your private path and claim your spot! No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date:
Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date:
Monies paid will be refunded less a $100 fee if the accommodations are re-rented for the same dates and price as the cancelled reservation. Refunds will be adjusted for re-rentals for fewer nights and/or lesser price than the cancelled reservation. If the accommodations are not re-rented, monies paid are non-refundable or transferrable. Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.
Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!
Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays.
Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.
Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.
Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes.
