FAQ

Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. The Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office for bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking of our building. Any damages or excessive cleaning necessary will be charged a minimum of $250.

We will collect your check-in information prior to your arrival and have your packet ready with your keys, pool passes, and parking passes that you will require during your stay. On your day of arrival, you will receive a text notifying you when your unit is ready for check-in. Our Minimal Contact check-in stations will be located outside of our building and are accessible without having to enter our office. Simply walk up to our designated check in stations and a Condo-World staff member (who will be wearing personal protective equipment) will hand you your packet and you will be on your way to your vacation!
