NEW: Minimal Contact Check-In
Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at our office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid credit card and ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. An imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after 5 pm, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. The Reservation Holder must check in during business hours at the Condo-World Reception Center for bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date.
Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the dropbox located underneath the covered parking of our building. Any damages or excessive cleaning necessary will be charged a minimum of $250.
Deposit & Balance Due Date
A deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your reservation, which will be applied to your balance. The amount due is shown on the booking page. The reservation balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for the balance. You must notify Condo-World before the balance due date to make other payment arrangements.
Temporary Cancellation Policy: COVID-19
This policy will supersede our regular cancellation policy until further notice. If you cannot travel due to COVID-19 related restrictions or sickness, you will get an immediate 100% credit towards a future stay within the next year that can be used at any of Condo-World's North Myrtle Beach condos (excludes North Beach Plantation). Reservations can be moved as soon as 45 days prior to arrival. This policy also applies to Sea Watch and Ocean Creek. Does not include monthly stays. If you choose not to reschedule, normal cancellation policy applies.
Optional Travel Insurance through CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance is available that can provide coverage for trip interruption or cancellation. Travel Insurance, which costs only 7% of your total vacation, can be purchased as late as your final payment. Last minute reservations can purchase insurance up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. No hurricane-related coverage will be afforded for policies purchased after any eminent hurricane has been named. Please contact CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance at 1-866-642-5889 for coverage details and the claims process. All claims processes must be carried out through the Reservation Holder. We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance especially for stays during hurricane season (June 1st through November 30th). No Refunds will be made for a mandatory hurricane evacuation unless you have purchased travel insurance.
Linens and Maid Service
All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels, which are fully laundered between every stay at a professional off-site facility using industrial grade washers and dryers, providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Motorcycles, trailers, campers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on many of the rental properties. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at most locations. Please call our office to inquire about specific parking regulations at your condominium complex prior to your arrival.
Minimum Age to Rent
25 years old.
All units are NON-SMOKING! If there is evidence of smoking in your room you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
Pets are not allowed in our properties due to HOA regulations.
Condo-World has a long standing reputation for high standards of cleanliness in our condos, with well-established processes and training in place for our housekeeping staff. We are closely monitoring cleaning guidelines set forth by the CDC, and are implementing additional measures to ensure the safety of our guests.

Enhanced Housekeeping Standards
Housekeepers will be taking additional steps between each stay to ensure optimal cleanliness prior to your arrival. High touch surfaces, such as light switches, knobs, remotes, and countertops are being thoroughly disinfected with recommended COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions. Our housekeeping team routinely takes inventory of kitchen items, ensuring you have all the essentials to safely prepare meals in the comfort and privacy of your condo.
Professional Laundry Facility
All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels, which are fully laundered between every stay at a professional off-site facility using industrial grade washers and dryers, providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
Common Areas, Pools & Amenities
All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.
Keys & Pool Passes
All keys and pool passes are sanitized prior to being put in your check-in envelope
All check-in envelopes will include a 4oz bottle of hand sanitizer for your added safety and convenience.
Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required practice in public settings. We’ve adjusted common areas in many of our properties to help guests adhere to these guidelines. During your stay, please be mindful of other guests and staff members, and maintain the suggested six feet of distance when possible from people outside of your party.
