No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.

Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!

Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date: Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. If Travel Insurance was purchased, please contact CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance at 1-866-642-5889 for coverage details and the claims process.

Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date: Monies paid will be refunded less a $100 fee if the accommodations are re-rented for the same dates and price as the cancelled reservation. Refunds will be adjusted for re-rentals for fewer nights and/or lesser price than the cancelled reservation. If the accommodations are not re-rented, monies paid are non-refundable or transferrable.
