While you may be tempted to spend most of your days on the beach right outside your doors, there are other ways to stay busy at Crescent Shores. Take a dip in the oceanfront pool with an expansive sun deck and let the little ones float in the 200-foot lazy river or kiddie pool. They also have two oceanfront hot tubs, a fitness center, an indoor pool, three elevators, and a covered parking deck. If you rent a three- or four-bedroom condo at Crescent Shores you’ll receive two parking passes for the guest parking deck.
Near Crescent Shores
Many popular North Myrtle Beach attractions, restaurants, and shops are near Crescent Shores. Walk next door and grab a drink out on the oceanfront back deck at Molly Darcy’s Irish Restaurant and Pub and Mr. G’s Ice Cream & Grill is just a few blocks away. Other popular places to eat include Benito’s Brick Oven Pizza and Pasta, Benny’s Trattoria, and Grumpy Monk. There are several miniature golf courses within less than a mile of the property along with multiple North Myrtle Beach golf courses including the four courses at Barefoot Landing just 3.5 miles south.

No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date:
Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date:
Monies paid will be refunded less a $100 fee if the accommodations are re-rented for the same dates and price as the cancelled reservation. Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.
Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!
Check-in for Crescent Shores begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You'll receive a text when your unit is ready - please wait for this message before arriving. Bring your reservation number and photo ID. Summer (June-August): If no text by 5:00 PM Off-Season (September-May): If no text by 4:00 PM Early check-in cannot be guaranteed as units are released after cleaning and inspection

Crescent Shores is an oceanfront property, so you’ll be right on the sand with direct beach access just steps away.
Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays. Other exclusions and minimum night stay requirements may apply.
Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.
Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.
Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes.
