Accommodations at Windy Hill Dunes
Windy Hill Dunes offers a variety of three- and four-bedroom condos, and five-bedroom penthouse suites with multiple bathrooms and incredible views as far as the eye can see. The stylish furnishings will draw you in but the spacious oceanfront balcony in each condo will bring you outside for a perfect cup of coffee. There’s plenty of space to whip up a meal in your full kitchen which overlooks a dining area with additional seating at the counter. The primary bedroom has an entry to the balcony and a large tub in the attached bathroom. Each condo has its own washer and dryer, multiple TVs, and free wifi.

Amenities at Windy Hill Dunes
Windy Hill Dunes has a large partially covered outdoor pool and winding lazy river as well as an outdoor hot tub and a shallow wading pool for your little ones. Take advantage of two Green Egg grills on-site to grill up a quick lunch by the pool or use it as an excuse to spend more time outside by the beach access. Other amenities include a fitness center, a wooden beach access with steps and two separate showers, and a covered walkway to the parking deck across the street. You’ll receive a parking pass for each bedroom of your penthouse or condo rental - a rare find in North Myrtle Beach.
Near Windy Hill Dunes
Windy Hill Dunes is just a five-minute drive to Barefoot Landing where you’ll find four award-winning golf courses, waterfront restaurants on the Intracoastal Waterway, Alligator Adventures, Shops, and Duplin Winery. It’s also home to year-round events and plenty of summer entertainment including fireworks. Venture further south and you’ll find Restaurant Row and the Tanger Outlet Shopping Center.

No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date:
Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date:

Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.
Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!
Windy Hill Dunes is an oceanfront property, so you’ll be right on the sand with direct beach access just steps away.

Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays. Other exclusions and minimum night stay requirements may apply.
Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.
Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.
Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.

We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes.
