About Blue Water Keyes
Bluewater Keyes is a luxury condo building in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The resort has private, oceanfront balconies, spacious floorplans, and loads of fun and amenities. During your stay at these North Myrtle Beach condos, you’ll find pools, glass-paneled balconies, and some of the most exquisite white sandy beaches in town.
Accommodations at Bluewater Keyes
Bluewater Keyes is home to two-, three-, and four-bedroom oceanfront condos with two or three bathrooms in each. Each condo is beautifully decorated and offers large primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms as well as an entrance to the balcony. The full kitchens overlook a dining space and living rooms that open out to the private balcony. Kitchens include all full-sized appliances, dishes, pots, pans, and almost anything you need to prepare a great home-cooked meal. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in each condo at Bluewater Keyes.

Take a dip in the 56-foot outdoor pool - one of the largest of the hotels and resorts nearby. There’s also an indoor pool, oceanfront fitness center, spacious sun deck, lazy river, a one-foot-deep kiddie pool, and an outdoor hot tub. Guests can enjoy getting on the beach quickly with two easy beach accesses - one with a ramp and the other down just a few steps. Two parking passes are included with your stay at Bluewater Keyes for a covered parking lot on the first several levels of the building. Elevators are also there for the extra convenience of hauling up groceries and luggage to your rooms.

No pets are allowed. Any evidence of pets in a rental unit will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee and may be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival date:
Monies paid up to the amount of the Required Deposit are non-refundable or transferrable. Monies paid more than the required deposit will be refunded less a 3% merchant fee. Cancellations 30 days or less to arrival date:

Yes! Departure cleaning is included with each rental.
Yes! Linens are provided with all of our rentals and are included in your rental rate. Upon arriving to your condo or beach home, you will find the beds made, dish towels in the kitchen, as well as bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, and hand towels in the bathrooms!

Blue Water Keyes is an oceanfront property, so you’ll be right on the sand with direct beach access just steps away.
Reservations are normally Saturday-Saturday during the summer and some weeks during the spring and fall. Please inquire about other check-in days. During the off-season, there is a three (3) night minimum except for holidays. Other exclusions and minimum night stay requirements may apply.
Daily maid service is not included with your rental, but we do offer this service at an additional cost. Please speak to your reservationist about scheduling daily maid service.
Departure maid service is provided for all of our rentals and is included in your rental rate. The maid service will clean your unit at the end of your stay after you check out. All we ask from you is to clean any dirty dishes, empty the trash, and lock the door when you leave.
Yes. Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our properties. Smoking in a unit will result in a minimum $500 charge applied to the credit card that we have on file.
You cannot have mail sent directly to your property. Please have any mail sent to our office with attention to the recipient's name. 311 17th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
We DO NOT rent to individuals under 25 years old, even if a parent or other legally responsible adult makes the reservation. No subletting of a rental unit will be permitted. If any such group or unauthorized guest(s) occupy a rental unit, they will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
Yes! All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Reservation Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. The pricing details and Payment Schedule of the reservation are provided during the booking process. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments.

Another option is to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the City of North Myrtle Beach. The navy blue Beach Services kiosks are located all along the beach near the sand dunes.
