NEW: Minimal Contact Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In is after 4 pm on your date of arrival. Check-In at the Condo-World office (311 17th Avenue South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582), not your rental property. A valid ID of the Reservation Holder or another Responsible Party on the reservation is required at Check-In. Unless Pre-registered, an imprint of the credit card is made at Check-In to secure all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes for your use during your stay. Nothing is charged onto the card unless something is not returned at Check-Out. For any arrivals after business hours, please follow late arrival instructions that are provided on your reservation confirmation. The Reservation Holder must check-in during business hours at the Condo-World office for bookings made less than 5 days from arrival date. Check-Out is before 10 am on your date of departure. Please take out any trash, remove food from refrigerator, start the dishwasher, and lock the unit. Bring all keys, pool bracelets, and gate passes back to our office and drop them in the drop box located underneath the covered parking of our building. Any damages or excessive cleaning necessary will be charged a minimum of $250.
Deposit & Balance Due Date
By making a reservation, you agree to the Reservation Policy and payment schedule. A deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking and on the reservation confirmation, and will also be available online in the Vacation Planner at www.condo-world.com under the Guest Services tab. For new Vacation Planner users, your login credentials will be included with your first reservation confirmation. Rental Price includes the base rental amount (including linens and departure maid service), rental fees (which encompasses all Resort and Destination fees associated with each reservation), and applicable taxes. Upon receipt of payment, a Reservation Confirmation will be sent via email and will include the future payment schedule. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and certified funds. Payments via personal check must be received more than 30 days prior to arrival. Returned checks will incur a $30 bank fee. Payments can be made online in the Vacation Planner at www.condo-world.com under the Guest Services tab. The reservation balance is always due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If a credit card was used for the deposit, that card will automatically be charged for all future payments. You must notify Condo-World before a scheduled payment date to make other payment arrangements.
If you cancel your reservation and we are able to re-rent your accommodations for the same dates and price, we will refund monies paid less a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will be adjusted for re-rentals of fewer nights and/or less rent amount. If the unit is not re-rented and Travel Insurance was not purchased, the monies paid is non-refundable or transferable. If Travel Insurance was purchased, please contact CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance at 1-866-642-5889 for coverage details and the claims process.
Optional Travel Insurance through CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance is available that can provide coverage for trip interruption or cancellation. Travel Insurance, which costs only 7% of your total vacation, can be purchased as late as your final payment. Last minute reservations can purchase insurance up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. No hurricane-related coverage will be afforded for policies purchased after any eminent hurricane has been named. Please contact CSA Seaside Coastal Travel Insurance at 1-866-642-5889 for coverage details and the claims process. All claims processes must be carried out through the Reservation Holder. We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance especially for stays during hurricane season (June 1st through November 30th). No Refunds will be made for a mandatory hurricane evacuation unless you have purchased travel insurance.
Linens and Maid Service
All of our condos come equipped with bed linens and bath towels, which are fully laundered between every stay at a professional off-site facility using industrial grade washers and dryers, providing the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation. There will be enough linen and towels for the maximum occupancy only.
Motorcycles, trailers, campers, oversized vehicles, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on many of the rental properties. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles at most locations. Properties with garages have varying height clearances. Please call our office to inquire about specific parking regulations at your condominium complex prior to your arrival. There will be no refunds for parking restrictions at your rental property during your stay. Condo-World is not responsible for any damage, theft, or injury related to vehicles parked at any property or on the Condo-World Overflow Parking Lot located on 17th Avenue South.
Minimum Age to Rent
25 years old.
All rental units and properties are NON-SMOKING! Any evidence of smoking at your rental property will result in a minimum $500 fee and may be subject to eviction.
Pets are not allowed in our properties due to HOA regulations.
